The UNA GPS watch ("born in Scotland") looks very interesting. Modular, repairable, open source. I have an ageing Garmin which is still fine but if I needed to replace that a UNA would be a serious contender at £170. Kudos to the team behind it (in Edinburgh, I think). unawatch.com/
