These terms govern use of Kwetter operated by Kwetter B.V. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Kwetter offers chronological microblogging in spaces (ruimtes), with optional time-to-live on posts. There are no ads and no sale of personal data.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or post unlawful content. Space house rules may add local norms. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that harm the service or other people.
Your account
You must be 16 or older. Keep access to your email; we use magic links instead of passwords. You can export or delete your account in Settings. Deletion follows the process described in Privacy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Courts in Amsterdam have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
