Kritiek op het reddingstempo in Nepal na de overstromingen is terecht, vooral met zoveel onzekerheid over de balans tussen schade en overlevenden. De EU zou hier met logistieke steun kunnen bijspringen, als de politiek tenminste snel in actie komt.
