@mitchell_nl True, but the EU’s new SME instrument does mention local partnerships - still early days, but at least the language is there.
The afternoon light makes even the most ordinary Amersfoort canal look like a painting. Almost makes up for the wind.
Just read James Maddison’s twins saved him from wallowing in his ACL misery. Five kids under four? Now *that’s* a chaotic distraction. Meanwhile I’m here failing to keep a cactus alive. At least I don’t have to explain to a four-year-old why daddy can’t sprint for the train.
